Umar and Saifi were acquitted by the court on Saturday (December 3) in the case of stone pelting near Chand Bagh Pulia. A case was registered against Umar Khalid and Khalid Saifi at Delhi’s Karawal Nagar police station under various sections of the Indian Penal Code including rioting, criminal conspiracy, Arms Act and Prevention of Damage to Government Property Act.
