Of these, 5.74 lakh voters are in the age group of 18 to 19 years while 4,945 voters are above 99 years of age.

According to the press release of the Election Commission, the commission has set up 89 model polling stations, in which the arrangement of many polling stations will be looked after by differently-abled personnel. 89 polling stations have been made eco-friendly while women employees are handling the responsibility of polling at 611 polling stations. The commission also informed that there are 18 such polling booths in the state whose responsibility will be handed over to the youth.
