Gujarat Election 2022 Voting: There was a lot of campaigning for the Gujarat Legislative Assembly for the last several days. This time the contest with the entry of Aam Aadmi Party was even more interesting and there was fierce rhetoric. After which votes are being cast for the first phase today. Out of the total 182 seats in Gujarat, voting has started on 89 seats. Just before voting, all the leaders including PM Modi have appealed to the people to come out of their houses and cast maximum number of votes.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also appealed to the people to cast their vote. He said in his tweet- “Today is the first phase of Gujarat elections. I call upon all those voting today, especially first-time voters, to exercise their franchise in record numbers.”

Rivaba Jadeja said – today is an important day
Indian cricketer Ravindra Jadeja’s wife Rivaba Jadeja, who is contesting from Jamnagar North seat, also appealed to the people to vote. Just before the voting started, she said, “Today is a very important day. The hard work of all BJP workers is going to pay off. I would request people to vote as much as possible.”
An appeal was also made on behalf of Chief Election Commissioner Rajeev Kumar regarding the Gujarat elections. In which he said that Gujarat is celebrating the festival of democracy today. Set a new record of voting by taking maximum participation in this festival of democracy.
Sisodia made this appeal to the people
Aam Aadmi Party leader and Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia also appealed to the people to vote. He wrote on Twitter, “Appeal to all the people of Gujarat – give your vote for good education to every child of Gujarat, job to every youth and good health facilities to every citizen. On the basis of your vote, your own family and entire Gujarat Will move towards progress and prosperity. The party which calls free education, health, electricity, water as Revadi and has been looting thousands of crores of public money on its friends for 27 years, this time vote to remove them from power.”
Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal tweeted, “Voting is being held on 89 seats in the first phase of Gujarat elections today. My greetings to all the voters in the assembly constituencies where voting is taking place in Gujarat today.” Appeal- You have got a golden opportunity, come and vote for the better future of Gujarat and your children, do something big this time.

Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge also appealed to the people of Gujarat to vote. He said that “7 crore people of Gujarat are united for change. Participation in voting is the soul of democracy. This time, many welcome to the young friends who are voting for the first time in Gujarat.”
