The dream of making India an Islamic nation will never be fulfilled – Giriraj Singh said on JNU controversy


Giriraj Singh on JNU Casteist Slogans: Union Minister Giriraj Singh has strongly criticized the controversial slogans written against Brahmins and Baniyas on the walls of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). He said that JNU is becoming a den of political parties running piecemeal gangs. Questioning this incident, he said that the nexus of this Tukde-Tukde gang and Gajwa-e-Hind is going on in the country, who are trying to break the country. They will not succeed in their cause in India.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP from Bihar’s Begusarai Giriraj Singh has expressed his displeasure over the new ruckus in JNU. He said that power will come and go but the people sitting in the house should not try to change the definition of Sanatan Dharma.

Conspiracy to make India an Islamic country

Giriraj Singh further said that some radical forces are conspiring to make India an Islamic country. The same people have written such slogans on the walls of JNU to create a rift in the majority. He said that JNU is a temple of education, which is being conspired to defame, this attempt of fundamentalist minorities to break the majority will never succeed.

Manoj Muntashir also criticized

Lyricist Manoj Muntashir has called it an insult to Sanatan regarding the uproar over casteist slogans being written on the walls of JNU. In an interview given to a private TV channel, he compared the JNU controversy to Hitler’s reign. He said that what was the condition of the Jews in Germany around 1940, how the Jews were being suppressed, the condition is the same today.

He further said that people of leftist thinking sitting in Jawaharlal Nehru University are trying to hollow out the country, there is a need to fight against such thinking people. Manoj Muntashir said that the upper castes (Brahmins) are being insulted again and again. He said that there is a crisis on our identity, there is a crisis on our existence. Leftists want us to bear everything silently, this cannot happen.

Why is there a ruckus?

Actually, pictures of casteist slogans written on the walls of Jawaharlal Nehru University went viral. It was written ‘Brahmin leave campus’, ‘Blood will flow’, ‘Brahmin leave India’ and ‘Brahmin-baniya, we are coming for you!’, ‘We will take revenge’. Since then there is resentment in various student organizations. The students claimed that the walls of the School of International Studies-II building were plastered with slogans against the particular community. The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, the student wing of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, has blamed the Leftists for this.
