Government issues warning to Apple users, do this work immediately otherwise trouble may occur

Apple users at risk: If you use iPhone, Apple Smartwatch or TV, then update your operating system immediately. In fact, the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team, working under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, issued a warning saying that some flaws have been found in Apple devices which can give hackers access to your system. CERT-IN said the flaw lies in the WebKit browser engine that is used by Safari and other browsers.

CERT-IN said that this flaw has come due to certification validation issue in the security component of Apple products. CERT-IN said that attackers can take advantage of this flaw and gain access to your system through a special request.

watchOS versions before 9.6.3
Apple iOS and iPadOS versions before 17.0.1
Apple Safari versions before 16.6.1

If you want to protect your personal data, update your device to the latest watchOS, tvOS, and macOS versions immediately. If you do not do this then attackers can access your data.

iOS 17 has been released recently

Apple has recently released iOS 17 update. The new operating system comes with many updates which have many great features like air drop, contact poster, face time, standby mode, journaling app etc. To update your iPhone to the latest version, first go to Settings option and then tap on Software Update. In this, you will see iOS 17 update from below. Click on it and install the new update.
