Meanwhile, a recent national survey, which included interviews with nearly 50,000 parents conducted in India, found that 6 in 10 youth aged 9 to 17 spend more than 3 hours a day on social media or gaming platforms. All these problems are happening due to using it for 3 hours every day
This study matches with another report of American Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy in 2022 in which it has been said that using mobile for 3 hours every day is causing health problems like depression and anxiety in children.
