ISRO Espionage Case: The Supreme Court has overturned the decision of the Kerala High Court in the ISRO espionage case. The Supreme Court has overturned the decision of the High Court in which bail was granted to the four accused of framing Scientist Nambi Narayanan. The Supreme Court has asked the High Court to decide on these petitions again within four weeks. However, the arrest of the four accused will not happen at the moment. The Supreme Court has also directed that no accused should be arrested for five weeks. That is, until the final decision on this comes in the High Court, the accused will get protection from arrest.
