Now Rohit Sharma revealed the secret as to how he hits such long sixes. In fact, after seeing Rohit Sharma’s spectacular sixes in the World Cup match against Pakistan, the field umpire has raised questions about his bat.
In a video released by ICC, Rohit Sharma was seen talking about his Monster Six. In the first clip of the video, Rohit Sharma is seen showing his bicep to the field umpire. Then regarding this celebration of Rohit, team vice-captain Hardik Pandya asks, “What was that celebration?”
Responding to this, Rohit Sharma said, “He (umpire) was asking me how do you hit such a long six, is there something in your bat? I said, brother, it is not a bat but power.” This video is after the match played between India and Pakistan. Rohit Sharma has hit 11 sixes in three matches so far. In the first match against Australia, the Indian captain was out without opening the account. After this, in the second match against Afghanistan, Rohit scored 131 runs in which he hit 5 sixes. Then the Indian captain scored 86 runs against Pakistan. His innings included 6 spectacular sixes.
