According to a report by Cricbuzz, according to this plan of BCCI, the more international matches a player auctioned as an uncapped player in the IPL auction plays, the franchise will have to increase his salary accordingly. For example, if an uncapped player joins the squad of a franchise for less than Rs 50 lakh. But later, if he plays even one international match, the franchise will have to increase his salary to Rs 50 lakh.

Similarly, if that player plays 5 to 9 international matches then his price will be Rs 75 lakh. At the same time, if that player has played more than 10 international matches then he will be assured of getting Rs 1 crore.
