After being injured in IPL 2023, Rahul made a comeback through the recently played Asia Cup 2023. In the Asia Cup, he played against Pakistan and scored 111* runs. After this brilliant innings, Rahul played many more brilliant innings for the team. As captain, he scored 58* in the first match of the ODI series against Australia and 52 runs in the second match.
International career has been like this till now
Rahul plays all three formats for India. Till now he has played 47 Tests, 61 ODIs and 72 T20 International matches. In Test, he has scored 2642 runs with the help of 7 centuries and 13 half-centuries. Apart from this, he has scored 2291 runs in ODI with the help of 6 centuries and 15 half-centuries. Whereas in T20 International, 2265 runs have been scored with the help of 2 centuries and 22 half-centuries from Rahul’s bat.
