India vs NEP: The Indian cricket team has reached the semi-finals in the Asian Games 2023. In the quarter-final match held today (3 October), India entered the last four by defeating Nepal by 23 runs. The hero of the victory of the Indian team was Yashasvi Jaiswal, who scored a century and gave the basis for Team India to cross 200.
In this match played in Hangzhou city of China, Indian captain Ruturaj Gaikwad won the toss and chose to bat first. The Indian team made a strong start and there was a partnership of 103 runs between Yashasvi and Ruturaj for the first wicket. Here Ruturaj was out after scoring 25 runs on 23 balls. After this, India soon lost Tilak Verma (2) and wicketkeeper Jitesh Sharma (5). However, Yashasvi’s explosive batting continued from the other end.
