Government New Rules: The government is going to bring a rule in the direction of mobile calling, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) will soon introduce KYC based process (KYC Based Process) is going to start. Due to which the name of the person calling will appear on your mobile screen along with the photo. Which will help in preventing incidents like bank fraud by calling from mobile. Because nowadays mobile calling is becoming a new base of fraud these days. Incidents like bank fraud are being carried out by calling from mobile. Due to having a fake mobile number, it becomes difficult to identify such people. That’s why major changes are being made in mobile calling by the government, so that fake callers can be caught.
The government and TRAI together are going to introduce a new system, in which the caller’s photo will also be visible along with the mobile number of the caller. For this, the government is going to implement the mobile number KY system. For this, the government can implement two types of system, first Aadhaar card based and second SIM card based.
Aadhaar Based KYC
In the new system of TRAI, all mobile numbers will be linked to Aadhaar card, so that whenever a person calls someone, the person in front will not only have the mobile number of the caller but also the name of the person calling along with the number. will appear. This will be the same name as written in the Aadhaar Card.

On the basis of the documents given at the time of purchasing the SIM card, the government will attach the photo of the people with the calling. In this way, fake people can be identified. Means the photo which has been put at the time of purchasing the SIM, the same will be visible on the mobile screen during calling. Due to which online fraudsters can be easily identified and people will be saved from falling prey to online scams.
Caller will not be able to hide identity
Explain that this new KYC based process will be as per the norms of the Department of Telecom. KY based process will help in identifying callers as per their KYC (Know Your Customer). In this process, telecom companies will have to enter the official name, address from all customers in the name of KYC. Apart from this, voter ID card, driving license or electricity bill receipt will have to be given as a document. Due to which the possibility of fraud will be very less. After the KYC based new process is implemented, the caller will not be able to hide his identity.
KYC based process will be mandatory
According to the new rule, the KYC process will be mandatory for all. This new process will get rid of the problem of Unnecessary Commercial Communication (UCC) or spam calls and messages. Along with this, blockchain technology has also been implemented to prevent fraud calling. So that this type of fraud can be curbed.
