‘Will uproot 50 per cent limit on reservation’, Rahul Gandhi told what is Congress’ guarantee

Rahul Gandhi speech: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi made a big announcement regarding reservation on Tuesday (6 February). He said that if the ‘India’ coalition government is formed at the Centre, then the 50 percent limit on reservation will be removed and there will be a caste-based census in the country.

Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi shared the video on social media and wrote, “There is a limit of 50% on reservation and we will uproot it.” This is the guarantee of Congress and India.

He is saying in the video that under the current provisions, more than 50 percent reservation cannot be given, but it will be overthrown by the government of Congress and the opposition alliance ‘India’. There will be no cut in reservation for Dalits and tribals.
