Weather Updates: Most of the states of the country including the national capital are waiting for the monsoon. However, it is drizzling at many places including Delhi-NCR. The humidity has increased due to light rain and sunshine. Due to which the condition of the people is miserable. According to the latest forecast of the Meteorological Department, it is expected to get relief in the coming week.
In Delhi too, people are troubled by the humid heat. According to the Meteorological Department, there are chances of strong winds accompanied by light rain in the national capital on Saturday (June 24). The department has predicted heavy rains in Delhi from June 25 to June 27. In Uttar Pradesh too, due to light sunshine after two days of rain, the condition of people is suffering due to humidity. However, according to IMD, there may be heavy rains in many districts of the state on Saturday (June 24).

Yellow alert has been issued
Due to the cyclonic storm in Rajasthan, it rained heavily for the last several days. However, still the department has expressed the possibility of heavy rains in many areas of the state. IMD has expressed the possibility of rain with thunder in many districts including Karauli, Dausa, Alwar. Due to which Yellow Alert has been issued. In Bihar too, the department has predicted heavy rains along with rains in Sitamarh, Patna, Shivhar, Vaishali. Because of which yellow alert has been issued in these areas.

Where will it rain
According to the department, there are chances of rain in Maharashtra, Odisha, Assam, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, West Madhya Pradesh. Apart from this, light to moderate rain is expected in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Kerala and Western Himalayas.
