Sharad Pawar’s great-grandson and NCP leader Rohit Pawar said, ‘BJP wants to end further competition. Politics has come to the lowest level. Voters are feeling why they voted. I myself feel why I am in politics. When Ajit Pawar was in NCP, he was the CM candidate. He has worked in very good positions here. Now he has gone to BJP, who has the party and the numbers. NCP leader Rohit Pawar is the MLA from Karjat-Jamkhed constituency. He is the great-grandson of Sharad Pawar and nephew of Ajit Pawar in the relationship. Also Rohit Pawar is a businessman, he is the CEO of Baramati Agro Limited. Rohit Pawar contested and won the Zilla Parishad elections in 2017 from Shirsufal-Gunawadi constituency in Baramati taluka of Pune.
