Gurpatwant Singh Pannun File: The Special Cell of Delhi Police has prepared a dossier (file) against Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, chief of Khalistan supporter and US-based banned organization Sikh for Justice (SFJ). It has been told in the dossier that Pannu wants to create many countries by dividing India into different parts.
According to the dossier, he wants to divide the country on religious basis. He wants to seduce Muslims and create a Muslim country, which he wants to name as Democratic Republic of Urdustan. He also wants to provoke the people of Kashmir. His intention is to separate Kashmir from India. According to the dossier, there are 16 cases registered against Pannu across the country. Cases are registered against him in Delhi, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Uttarakhand.
Gurpatwant Singh Pannu was declared a previous terrorist.
At the time of partition of the country in 1947, Pannu came to Khankot village of Amritsar from Pakistan. He studied at Punjab University and obtained a degree in law from there. His parents have died. Pannu has a brother, whose name is Magwant Singh. He lives abroad. Gurpatwant Singh Pannu’s organization Sikh for Justice demands separating Punjab from India and creating Khalistan. Pannu was declared a fugitive in 2020 and on July 7, 2022, the Union Home Ministry declared him a terrorist.
9 UAPA cases are registered against Pannu
Cases are registered against Pannu under UAPA (Unlawful Activities Prevention Act) in Sirhind and Amritsar of Punjab. There are four cases registered against him under UAPA in Delhi, one in Gurugram and one in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. NIA has also registered a UAPA case against Pannu. In this way, 9 UAPA cases are registered against him.
Nefarious plans of Gurpatwant Singh Pannu
Pannu has announced two and a half million US dollars to hoist the pro-Khalistan flag at India Gate. He has spewed venom against India several times through audio messages. Through his henchmen, he has tried several times to get pro-Khalistan flags and posters installed in Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh.
