Bharat Ratna Award: The Government of India on Friday (February 9) announced to honor three people with Bharat Ratna. Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave this information. This honor will be given to former Prime Minister Narasimha Rao, former PM Chaudhary Charan Singh and great agricultural scientist Dr. SM Swaminathan. Reacting to the award of Bharat Ratna to former Prime Minister Narasimha Rao, Congress leader Madhu Gaur Yaskhi has said that Sonia Gandhi could have become the Prime Minister but she gave importance to his (PV Narasimha Rao) respect, dedication and intelligence for the Congress.

According to news agency ANI, Congress leader Madhu Gaur said that on the decision to give Bharat Ratna to former Prime Ministers Chaudhary Charan Singh and PV Narasimha Rao, he said that they are national symbols and the pride of the country.

‘Narasimha Rao lifted the country economically’

Regarding Sonia Gandhi not becoming the Prime Minister and PV Narasimha Rao, the Congress leader said, “She (Sonia Gandhi) had said that Narasimha Rao should become the Prime Minister. At that time there was economic turmoil in the country. He helped the country economically. “Raised it from above and brought major reforms in the economy. He made a big contribution in raising it.”

‘Former PM Singh had built the economy’

Regarding former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, the Congress leader also said that the credit for the development we are seeing today goes to Manmohan Singh. He was the Finance Minister of the country at that time. Together they built the economy of this country. BJP is only adding links to it and claiming that all this is because of them.
