Security alert in Jammu before the inauguration of Ram temple, search operation intensified

Inauguration of Ram Temple: Security agencies are fully alert in view of the Ramlala Pran Pratistha ceremony which is going to be held in Ram temple on January 22 in Ayodhya city. An alert has been issued regarding security arrangements in Jammu also. The security agency has warned that before the ceremony, terrorists can carry out some major incident in Jammu and Kashmir, after which tight security arrangements have been made across the state.

Security agencies have expressed apprehension that before the inauguration of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir ceremony, terrorist organizations are planning to carry out a terrorist incident in the state. The agency has alerted that Pakistan-backed terrorists can target any military base or important buildings in the state. After this alert, extensive security arrangements have been made throughout Jammu from the border to the city.

‘Established blocks on the roads connecting the border with the city’

Across the city, teams of police, paramilitary forces and Special Operations Group of Jammu and Kashmir Police are checking vehicles by setting up surprise checkpoints. These checkpoints are being set up not only in the city but also on the roads connecting the border with the city and every vehicle is being checked. Such intensive searches will keep a close watch on the movement of suspects.

Security forces patrolling sensitive areas

Along with this, security forces are patrolling sensitive areas in the city and extensive search operations are also being carried out on traditional routes to enter India from Pakistan. Along with this, security forces have also maintained vigil on the border. Army and BSF have increased patrolling and surveillance on the international border and LOC with Pakistan in Jammu.
