‘Sacrifice should not be given in homes on Bakrid’, Bombay High Court clear instructions to BMC

<पी शैली="पाठ-संरेखण: औचित्य सिद्ध करें;">Eid al-Adha 2023 Advisory Guidelines: The Mumbai High Court has given guidelines to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) late last night (June 28) regarding the sacrifice on Bakrid. In these instructions, he has asked to make it clear that on the day of Bakrid, he should ensure that sacrifice should not be given in any house.

Hearing a petition, a bench of Justices GS Kularkani and Jitendra Jain said, the places where the BMC or the Municipal Corporation has not issued a license for animal sacrifice, should ensure that the sacrifice should not be done there.
