Proposal on Manipur presented in Bengal Assembly, BJP quote – Tukde Tukde gang and INDIA equal

West Bengal Legislative Assembly introduced the resolution: The case of Manipur violence has been in headlines for the last three months. The opposition is constantly demanding answers from the Center and the Modi government. Prime Minister Modi is being demanded to speak in the House on the Manipur issue. Meanwhile, a resolution on Manipur has been introduced in the Bengal Assembly. After this, BJP MLAs were also given a chance to speak in the House.

BJP MLA Shankar Ghosh said, how serious the Bengal government is, it shows that its time has been reduced. Earlier two hours were given, which was reduced to one hour with the consent of the House.

On the other hand, Hiranmoy Chattopadhyay of BJP said, Tukde-tukde gang and INDIA are equal. Manipur is being discussed then why Rajasthan is not being discussed. You are not seeing your state. Mamta Banerjee can see Manipur, UP, Maharashtra, Assam but does not see the violence in Bengal.

‘Manipur a matter of another state and assembly’

BJP leader Shubhendu Adhikari said, ‘Manipur is a matter of another state and assembly. When there is a problem there, it can be debated in the Parliament, but no state has the right to debate it. This matter is in the Supreme Court and hearing is going on. You have done this for political gains. India does not become just by writing INDIA. The death that has happened since 2021 till now has never been discussed.
