Maharashtra: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao wants to strengthen the roots of his party Bharat Rashtra Samithi in Maharashtra, due to which KCR recently reached Solapur on his two-day visit. On this occasion, CM KCR was accompanied by a huge convoy of state ministers, MLCs, MPs, MLAs and senior party leaders. On the other hand, after this kind of political entry in Maharashtra, the Shiv Sena now with the Uddhav faction has fiercely attacked KCR in the editorial of its mouthpiece ‘Saamana’.

It was written in Saamana, ‘In the politics of Maharashtra, Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has entered his convoy. Till tomorrow this is KCR. He stood as a staunch anti-BJP. Went to meet Uddhav Thackeray and Sharad Pawar in Maharashtra. The same gentleman has now taken a U-turn. He is roaming in Maharashtra only to help BJP. The politics of Maharashtra used to be a stronghold of progressive thoughts at some point of time. The insects of external thoughts did not enter here. Now the state of Maharashtra has become like a crumbling fort.

‘KCR is now deciding who wants to sit on the post of CM’

It is also written in Saamana, “From Amit Shah to Telangana CM K. Whoever rises up to Chandrasekhar Rao aspires to capture the politics and economy of Maharashtra. This is alarm bell for Marathi state. Swabhimani Shetkari Sanghatana chief Raju Shetty has given a statement that ‘Chandrasekhar Rao has ‘offered’ us the post of Chief Minister of Maharashtra!’ KCR has now started deciding who wants to sit on the post of Chief Minister of Maharashtra. Prakash Ambedkar and Rao also met. It is further written in the editorial that the Telangana Rashtra Samithi is the original regional party of KCR. Rao transformed it into ‘Bharat Rashtra Samithi Dal’ as he wanted to step into national politics. What was the need for them to do so? It is a mystery.

It is written in Saamana, “The Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Scheme is the biggest scam in the country and at least 70 thousand crore rupees have been looted in this scheme, but the BJP and the central government are keeping silence on this.” The cost of Kaleshwaram Irrigation Scheme was increased anyway and where the ‘commission’ was diverted in it is an open secret. The same commission is now being diverted to Maharashtra and used to help the BJP. KCR who brought Telangana model to Maharashtra is a leader who came forward after struggling. There is no reason to doubt his competence and his ability to govern, but he is contributing to the deterioration of an already deteriorating Maharashtra. Dada Dharmadhikari had said that the politics of money is like the politics of prostitutes. KCR All this should be avoided. He has lost his direction to enter national politics.
