PM Modi launches program to increase the number of ‘Jan Aushadhi Kendras’

PM Modi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday (November 30) interacted with the beneficiaries of the central government’s welfare schemes in virtual mode under the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra. PM Modi also launched a program to increase the number of Jan Aushadhi Centers in the country from 10,000 to 25,000. He said that good medicine and cheap medicine is the biggest service. The PM told the people how the expenditure on medicines is now decreasing.

Addressing the people, the PM said that good medicine and cheap medicine is a great service. I request all the people who are listening to me to tell people about Janaushadhi Kendra. He said that earlier the expenditure on medicines which used to be Rs 12-13 thousand, is now becoming only Rs 2-3 thousand because of Jan Aushadhi Kendra, that is, Rs 10 thousand are being saved in your pocket.
