Parliament attack mastermind Lalit will be presented in the court again today, know what are the allegations

parliament security breach news: The police custody of Lalit Jha, the alleged mastermind who made complete planning to create ruckus by entering Parliament House, is being completed today on Friday (22 October). He will once again be produced in Patiala House Court of Delhi. The Special Cell team of Delhi Police is once again going to demand his remand.

Before this, the Delhi Police team went to his house in Darbhanga, Bihar and interrogated the family members at length. On December 15, Delhi Police had claimed in its report in the court that Lalit Jha was the mastermind of the entire plan. He was the one who had planned how to enter the Parliament House and create ruckus.

Calls were collected from people who breached the security of Parliament.
He had even seized the mobile phones of two people who had gone inside the Parliament complex and two others who were protesting outside. Had fled to Rajasthan after making a video of the protest. After going there he burnt the phones. On his notice, Delhi Police has recovered the pieces of the burnt phone and sent it for forensic investigation. Lalit Jha lived in Barabazar and Baguihati areas of Kolkata, the capital of West Bengal for a long time. Delhi Police team has reached there also and investigation is going on continuously.

Two more accused have been arrested from Karnataka and UP
Two more accused have been arrested in the case by the Special Cell of Delhi Police. The name of one is Sai Krishna Jagali who is a resident of Karnataka. His father is a retired police officer. While the name of the other one is Atul Kulshrestha who is a resident of Jalaun, Uttar Pradesh. After interrogating both of them, the Delhi Police team has taken them into custody and brought them to Delhi. Six accused are already arrested in the security lapse case.

Six people are in custody
Apart from Lalit Jha, five other people are in custody after their arrest in the case. Of these, Manoranjan D of Mysore, Sagar Sharma of Lucknow, Neelam Azad of Haryana, Amol Shinde of Latur, Maharashtra, Mahesh Kumawat of Rajasthan have been sent on police demand for a week a day earlier on Thursday. Now Lalit’s appearance is on Friday.

These people had created a ruckus by entering the Parliament House on 13 December. After the recovery of the burnt phone at the behest of Lalit Jha, the police have decided to add IPC section 201 (destroying evidence/causing disappearance of evidence) to the already registered FIR. After making a video of Amol and Neelam’s protest outside the Parliament, Jha shared it with many people and asked them to circulate it.
