‘Narendra Modi is working towards enslaving people’, Mallikarjun Kharge in election rally

Rajasthan Assembly Elections: Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge on Monday (November 20) accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of spreading lies to gain people’s sympathy before the elections. He said that despite serving as the Chief Minister of Gujarat for the last 23-24 years and now as the Prime Minister, he calls himself poor.

Addressing election rallies in Rajasthan’s Anupgarh and Hanumangarh, he also alleged that PM Modi controls everything from ports to airports and is working towards enslaving the people. He said, “When I called Modi a liar, he felt hurt. But has he fulfilled any of his promises in the last 10 years? “He forgets his previous promises during his next visit.”

Mallikarjun Kharge responded to PM Modi’s allegation

Referring to PM Modi’s allegations in Churu district on Sunday that the Congress chief had abused his father, Kharge said he did not even take the name of the Prime Minister’s father. He said, “Why would I abuse his (Modi’s) father who is elderly and has nothing to do with politics? His comment again proves how he constructs the meaning of a word.”
