Israel attacked the ambulance, Priyanka Gandhi said – ‘Horrible, shameful and beyond words…’

Priyanka Gandhi condemns ambulance attack: The war that started in Gaza after the Hamas attack on Israel on October 7 continues. Meanwhile, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi on Sunday (5 November) called for immediate implementation of ceasefire.

Referring to Israel’s recent attack on an ambulance outside Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, Priyanka Gandhi said that this incident was terrible and shameful.

‘Cease fire should be implemented immediately’
He said entire families have been wiped out, hospitals and ambulances have been bombed, refugee camps have been targeted and yet the leaders of the so-called ‘Free’ World are funding and supporting genocide in Palestine. The Congress leader said, “The ceasefire is a very small step. This must be immediately implemented by the international community otherwise it will have no moral authority left.”

Ambulance attacked outside hospital
CNN reported on Friday (November 3) that Israel claimed responsibility for an attack on an ambulance outside Gaza City’s al-Shifa hospital, killing about 15 people and wounding about 50. According to the statement of Israel Defense Forces (IDF), it targeted the ambulance because it was being used by Hamas fighters.

‘Action will continue against Hamas’
According to news agency ANI, regarding the Israel-Hamas war, IDF spokesperson Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari has said that the security forces are determined to continue taking action against Hamas terrorists. The IDF also claimed that Hamas terrorists were hiding in a complex network of tunnels.

“Our forces are continuing operations against Hamas’ leadership and infrastructure in northern Gaza,” he said in a post on Twitter. It is noteworthy that in the Hamas attack on October 7, 1400 Israeli civilians were killed, while 250 people were taken hostage. More than 9,000 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks so far in the war.
