‘How many young women die in the first 3 years of marriage?’ Know why the Supreme Court said this

Supreme Court on Domestic Violence: The Supreme Court refused to hear a petition demanding the formation of a national commission for men, saying that no one wants to commit suicide. What is the whole matter?
In the petition filed in the Supreme Court, it was said that there is a continuous increase in the cases of suicide among married men. Not only this, NCRB figures were also cited in this petition and it was said that a national commission should be constituted to understand and solve the problems of men.

Supreme Court bench refused to hear
According to Live Law, Justice Surya Kant and Justice Dipankar Dutt’s bench refused to hear the matter and said that this is not a subject in which there is no provision in the law. He said that you want to present a one-sided picture which cannot be accepted. Along with this, the bench asked the petitioner that do you know how many young women die within the first 3 years of marriage? Can you present the data within these 3 years?

In fact, citing NCRB figures in the petition, it was said that in the year 2021, about 33.2 per cent men ended their lives due to family problems and 4.8 per cent men ended their lives due to marriage related reasons. Refusing to hear this petition, the Supreme Court said that no one wants to commit suicide, there are different circumstances in every case.
