Monsoon Session of Parliament: Since the beginning of the monsoon session of the Parliament, the opposition parties have been demanding Prime Minister Narendra Modi to make a statement on the Manipur violence in the House. On this, the government is saying that we are ready for discussion, but the opposition parties are running away from the discussion.

Meanwhile, sources told ABP News that the central government is ready for a debate on the issue of Manipur in the Rajya Sabha. This discussion can be held on August 11, the last day of the monsoon session. This thing is coming to the fore when the government held a meeting with Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and leaders of some other opposition parties on Thursday (August 3). According to the news agency PTI, the meeting between the leaders of the government and the opposition parties lasted for half an hour.
