IMD Weather Updates: It is raining heavily in many states across the country, due to which people are facing problems. According to the India Meteorological Department, rain activities are likely to increase in the coming days.
There is a possibility of heavy rain with lightning in Delhi on Friday, August 11. At the same time, the maximum temperature of the national capital is expected to be 35 degree Celsius and the minimum temperature is expected to be 27 degree Celsius. Although the weather will be clear on August 12. After that, till August 15, there is a forecast of rain with thunder.
Light to very heavy rain may occur in Uttar Pradesh. According to IMD, there will be light rain during August 11 to 13. There was a lot of rain in Uttarakhand last month as well, due to which the people living in the hilly areas are facing a lot of problems. The rivers in the state are in spate, due to which flood-like conditions are prevailing. The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert regarding rain in the state.

There is a possibility of less rain in Rajasthan during the next one week. Due to the rains in Madhya Pradesh, flood-like situations have taken place. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in Madhya Pradesh only after August 15.

There are chances of rain in Bihar and Jharkhand for the next few days. Apart from this, light rain is possible in Gujarat, Vidarbha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Jammu Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. Light to moderate rains are expected in Bengal, Odisha Telangana, Konkan, Goa, Coastal Karnataka, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep.
