‘Will free you from the problem of water logging’

On BJP’s attacks, Mayor said that even when BJP was in MCD, there was a problem of water logging. According to the Delhi Traffic Police, due to the rains in the national capital on the previous day, many shops in Connaught Place were flooded. Apart from this, many places including Pandav Nagar Underpass, ITO Bridge, Old Fort Road, Barapullah Road, Sarita Vihar Chowk, Dwarka Underpass were flooded.

The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for rain in Delhi on Sunday, July 9. Along with this, people have also been instructed to be cautious. Due to the rains in Delhi on July 8, the drains overflowed and there was large-scale water-logging on the roads. Due to which huge difficulties had to be faced in passing through roads, flyovers and footpaths and jams had to be faced for hours.
