When a protest was held against this outside the CP office, they were showered with water from a water cannon. The police behaved brutally with the women activists.

Police pelted stones at BJP workers

Sukant Majumdar alleged that the police also pelted stones at the protesting workers. He said that the West Bengal police is Taliban police, which is working on the instructions of Mamata Banerjee.

He alleged that it was on the instructions of Mamata Banerjee that the Bengal Police lathi-charged the women. He alleged that police officer Ashish Maurya lathi-charged the women, which he strongly criticized. BJP will go to court against this action of the police.

False cases are being filed against BJP workers
