Taking a jibe at NCP President Sharad Pawar, he said that nephew Ajit Pawar married Devendra Fadnavis and he did not even know.

Addressing the public meeting, Owaisi said, Sharad Pawar Sahab says that I give provocative speeches, but his nephew suddenly married Fadnavis at 6 in the morning without informing him and he did not even know that the nephew had married. The rule ended even before the Walima did not happen.

Why did Owaisi talk about marriage?
In fact, in 2019, when there was no discussion about the Chief Minister’s post in the BJP-Shiv Sena alliance in Maharashtra and it happened that in the coming days, Shiv Sena could form an alliance with Congress and NCP, at such a time, Fadnavis made a strong statement in NCP’s state politics. Leader and Sharad Pawar’s nephew Ajit Pawar was separated from the party. Ajit secretly along with Fadnavis took oath as Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra at 6 am in the Raj Bhavan.

Although later he had to resign due to lack of numbers, but due to this, the battle of supremacy and ambition going on in NCP came openly in front of everyone on the political stage. Owaisi had taunted Sharad Pawar regarding the same incident. Owaisi further said, these people want Muslims to vote for them, but when Uddhav Saheb comes to power, he gives reservation to Marathas but does nothing for Muslims.

He said, can a Maratha child become a doctor, but why can’t a Muslim child give this dream, why they are discriminated against, why reservation is not given to Muslims in the state.
