What to eat once a week?
Millets must be eaten at least once a week. According to Rujuta Diwekar, millets like Rajgira or Kuttu can be eaten. Desi seasonal vegetables must be a part of the food plate. What to eat once a month? According to this insta post, any local steamed dish should be eaten. Special preparation of the season should also be eaten like Bhajiya. Apart from this, wild mushroom, lingdi, freshly made dish of bamboo or two to three months old pickle must be eaten.
