Follow these home tips for swollen feet

To cure swelling in feet, take 2-3 cloves of garlic and cook them well in olive oil. Massage well with this oil three times a day. Gradually the swelling will start reducing.

After bathing, heat mustard oil slightly and then massage your feet with that oil.

Boil half kg potatoes in a glass of water. Then wash feet with this water.

If the swelling has increased too much then massage the toes with ginger oil twice a day, this will provide immediate relief.

Mix apple cider vinegar in a bucket of hot water. Then soak a towel in this water and place it on the toes.

Soak one spoon of whole coriander in half a cup of water and then apply the paste on your feet. This also provides immediate relief.

Add rock salt to hot water and soak your feet in it daily. This will reduce swelling.

Make a paste by mixing baking soda in rice flour and then apply this paste on your feet. This will provide relief from swelling.

Mix three to four drops of eucalyptus, peppermint and lemon essential oils in half a bucket of hot water. Then keep your feet in it for 15 minutes.

Wrap 4 to 5 ice cubes in a cloth and apply it on the swollen area. This will provide immediate relief.

Make a paste by mixing two spoons of turmeric in one spoon of coconut oil. Then apply it on your feet. This will reduce the swelling immediately.

Take special care of these things

If there is increased swelling in the feet, then do not eat junk food and also avoid eating preservative items.

Eat nutritious and fiber rich foods like apple, pear, banana, carrot, beetroot, broccoli, sprouts, moong dal, peas, kidney beans, gram, barley, almonds, chia seeds.

Eat less salt and sugar

Eat beetroot daily, it reduces swelling.
