Kavita said that we will face any kind of investigation. If agencies come and question us, we will definitely reply, but people will reject the attempt to tarnish the image of politicians by leaking selective information to the media.
BJP thrown out of power
TRS Legislative Council member K. Kavita alleged that the BJP ousted eight democratically elected state governments and usurped power from them through behind-the-scenes politics. He challenged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to show him and other leaders in jail. Kavitha said, “I request Modi that he must change this attitude. It is not possible to win elections using ED and CBI. It is very difficult with the people of Telangana who are sensible.” He said, “If you say that you will keep us in jail, then do it. what will happen? There is nothing to fear. Will you send us to the gallows? At the most, you will keep us in jail.
It is common to send to ED and CBI
The Telangana Rashtra Samithi leader said, “It has become a common practice to send agencies like ED and CBI to states where elections are due. Elections in Telangana are due in November or December next year.” He said that nothing will happen as long as the TRS party continues to work for the welfare of the people. Expressing solidarity, TRS party workers gathered in large numbers at his residence.
Took bribe of Rs 100 crore
The ED said that as per the inquiries so far, Vijay Nair received a bribe of at least Rs 100 crore from various people including Amit Arora, from a group in the south controlled by (Sarat Reddy, K. Kavitha, Magunta Srinivasulu Reddy) . The investigating agency said, “Amit Arora made this disclosure while recording his statement.”
