Pooran's team achieved the target of 109 runs from Bangla Tigers in just 6.1 overs i.e. 37 balls and won the match by 10 wickets.  Pooran scored 50 and his opening partner Tom-Kohler Cadmore scored 50 runs in 21 balls.  (Facebook/T10 League)

The last two months have not been good at all for the dashing Windies player.  Under the captaincy of Pooran, he had to face defeat in the very first round of the T20 World Cup.  Puran himself had failed with the bat.  Then he also gave up the captaincy, while recently IPL franchise Sunrisers Hyderabad released him.  (Getty Images)
