According to the information received, only a week after the release of ‘Adipurush’, its shows have started getting cancelled. Theater owners are now seen reducing the shows of this film. On the other hand, on the eighth day of release, ‘Adipurush’ has earned the lowest till date. Makers and stars are now seen getting disappointed. The direct effect of the controversies is visible on the business of ‘Adipurush’. People are no longer stepping towards the theater to watch this film.
According to the report, ‘Adipurush’ has earned an estimated Rs 3.25 crore on the eighth day in theatres. The Hindi collection of director Om Raut’s film is around Rs 125 crore. The total Hindi occupancy on Friday was 8.30%, Telugu occupancy was 16.31% and Tamil occupancy was 23.81% and Kannada was 8.56%.

The film has now earned Rs 263.15 crore in India. After The Kerala Story, Adipurush has become the third film to enter the 200 crore club this year. On the other hand, Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathan continues to sit at number one. King Khan’s film has earned Rs 543.05 crore in the domestic market. On the other hand, some reports say that after eight days, the net worldwide collection of Adipurush is Rs 378.01 crore. But the film’s production house T-Series had claimed that the film has earned Rs 410 crore worldwide till Thursday.
