It seems that Shahrukh Khan is going to break the record of his own blockbuster hit film ‘Pathan’ with ‘Jawaan’. The film has already made bumper earnings by beating ‘Gadar 2’.
‘Jawaan’ has now become a part of the Rs 800 crore club. The film has made a record at the box office by earning Rs 858.68 crore worldwide in just 11 days. Even ‘Jawaan’ has defeated Sunny Deol’s blockbuster film ‘Gadar 2’ with its collection. Let us tell you that ‘Gadar 2’ has not even touched the figure of Rs 700 crore till now. It has been 39 days since the film was released and till now the film has earned only Rs 675.9 crores worldwide.
‘Jawaan’ overtakes ‘Gadar 2’
Let us tell you that till now Sunny Deol’s film ‘Gadar 2’ was ahead of ‘Jawaan’ at the domestic box office. The film has collected a total of Rs 520.60 crore in 37 days. It has been 12 days since Shahrukh Khan’s film was released and till now the film has done a total business of Rs 493.63 crore. But worldwide ‘Jawaan’ has defeated ‘Gadar 2’ and has crossed 800 crores.
‘Jawan’ can break the record of ‘Pathan’
‘Jawaan’ is Shahrukh Khan’s second film of this year. Earlier in the beginning of the year, ‘Pathan’ was released which earned Rs 1055 crore at the box office. Now ‘Jawaan’ also seems to be close to joining the Rs 1000 crore club.
