An FIR has been lodged in this matter by Gaurav Gupta, working as Animal Welfare Officer of BJP MP Maneka Gandhi’s organization ‘People for Animals’. Acting on which, a raid was conducted by the police in Sector-49 area. During this period, five accused were also arrested. Police also found 20 mm snake venom and 9 poisonous snakes from the spot, which included 5 cobras, one python, two milk-headed snakes and one rat snake. During interrogation by the accused, it was told that Elvis Yadav used to supply snake poison in the party. After that an FIR was registered against Elvis Yadav by Sector – 49 Kotwali police.

Investigation revealed that banned snakes and foreign girls were also allowed to enter the party. A case has been registered by the police against Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and YouTuber Elvis Yadav and the rest of the gang under sections 9, 39, 48, A, 49, 50 and 51 of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972. All these sections are illegal. After the case against Elvis Yadav, there was a rift between Noida Police and Kotwali Sector 49 Police. Along with this, negligence of many other people including Kotwali 49 police station in-charge Sandeep Chaudhary and investigating officers also came to light in this case. Due to which the station in-charge was sent to the line on 5th November. Now this case has been transferred to police station 20.
