Do not take break from workout on vacations, stay fit by doing this exercise

Taking a break from work during the holidays does not mean that you should take a break from workouts as well.  If you are going on a vacation, don't make the mistake of skipping fitness from your daily routine.  Today we will tell you which workouts you can do to stay fit during the holidays.

Headstand: First of all, keep the soles and palms of your feet on the ground and lock the fingers of your hands on the yoga mat.  Keep your head between both the palms.  Now bring the feet near the head and straighten the waist and neck.

Inchworm: Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart.  Look down towards the ground and keep your hands on the ground in front of your feet while bending down.  Let your back also bend forward and bend your knees slightly as per need, so that your hands can reach the ground.

Squats: Stand with your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart and point your toes in front.  While bending at the ankles and knees, take your hips back and open your knees by pressing them slightly.  Come in parallel position, which means you have to keep your knees bent at 90 degree angle.

Jumping Jacks: Stand straight with your hands at your sides and feet together.  Bend your knees slightly and then jump.  Open your legs while jumping and take the hands above the head.  Now come back to the position in which you started.
