Delhi Weather: People are troubled by the sultry summer weather, there is a possibility of rain with thunder on the weekend


Due to weakening of monsoon activities in North India, people in the capital are troubled by the scorching heat. However, in the next 24 hours, there is a possibility of light rain with moderate wind speed till evening. With this, there are signs of people getting relief from the sultry heat. Meteorologists have forecast that there is a possibility of light rain on Sunday as well.

In Delhi, people were in a bad condition since morning due to the harsh heat and humidity of the sun. The game of hide and seek between the sun and the clouds continued intermittently during the day, but there was no relief. The maximum temperature was 35.7 degrees above normal and the minimum temperature was 26.7 degrees Celsius above normal. Due to the high level of humidity in the atmosphere, people were suffering from it. The humidity level in the air was 58 to 86 per cent.

The Meteorological Department has forecast that the weather will change in the next 24 hours. With moderate winds blowing throughout the day, the weather can take a turn by evening. There is a possibility of light rain with strong thunder in some areas. The maximum temperature can be recorded up to 35 and the minimum temperature is 27 degree Celsius. More or less the situation will remain the same on Sunday as well and light rain may be recorded till evening.

Sunrise time: 5:54 am

There will be hide and seek between the sun and the clouds throughout the day. The weather is likely to turn by evening. Light rain is expected at some places.
