Dal Bati Churma, Kabuli Pulao will also be served at the G20 opening ceremony, know the menu

Rajasthan: This time India has got the opportunity to lead the G20 conference. Preparations have been completed for the four-day meeting to be held in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The meeting is starting on Sunday, December 4, in which royal dishes will be served to the delegates. Dal-Bati Churma, Jodhpuri Kabuli Pulao, followed by a delicious dessert of Bikaneri Ghevar or Jodhpuri Mawa Kachori will be served.

During the first Sherpa meeting to be held in the Indian Presidency of Udaipur, the representatives of G20 countries will get to see the royal style of Rajasthani cuisine, from which they will be able to choose the food of their choice. All the delegates who came for the G20 meeting will reach the city of lakes on Sunday and the meetings will be held on Monday and Tuesday. Then on Wednesday, he will visit the grand 15th century Kumbhalgarh fort in Rajsamand and the Ranakpur Jain temple in Pali district.

The menu also includes Rajasthani-Gujarati-Punjabi cuisine

Rajasthan’s famous Daal, Baati and Churma, different varieties of each, Gatta Curry, Ker Sangri, Rajasthani Gatta Pulao will be served. Among Indian sweets, Bikaneri Ghevar, Jodhpuri Mawa Kachori, three types of Shrikhand, Kesar Kheer, Malai Ghevar, Rasgulla, Butter will be major attractions. Along with this, there will also be laddoos made of motichoor, gram flour and dry fruits.

Traditional Rajasthani Food Station, Hyderabadi Food Corner, Pakoda Station, Pav Station, Street Food Station and other places will be set up. A grand reception will be organized for the delegates at Hotel Leela Palace on Sunday. The discussion will begin the next day at the Darbar Hall of Hotel Taj Fateh Prakash Palace.

A variety of events have been organized for the delegates

During their visit, the delegation will visit City Palace and Jagmandir, where cultural programs will be organised. According to official sources, the delegates will also get a glimpse of rural life at Shilpgram of West Zone Cultural Centre. The three-day meet will have several sessions on various topics; including multilateralism; Topics include food, fuel and fertilizers and development led by women.

After these sessions, the delegates will visit Shilpgram and enjoy a cultural performance at Manek Chowk in the City Palace Complex. After this, on Wednesday, he will visit the magnificent 15th century Kumbhalgarh Fort in Rajsamand. From there, he will proceed to Pali district to visit the Ranakpur Temple, one of the most spectacular architectural monuments of the country.
