The winter session of Parliament is starting from 7th December, which will continue till 29th December. During this session, it is being told that Rahul Gandhi will not participate and will focus on the party’s padyatra. Apart from Rahul, other senior MPs of the party will not be present in the session. Quoting sources in the media report, it has been told that party president Mallikarjun Kharge was also present in the meeting of the strategic group under the leadership of Sonia Gandhi. During this, a list of issues has been prepared.
MSP, quota issue also in the list

Sources said that in the immediate term, the party will question the government over the recent cyber-terrorist attack on the country’s premier medical institute, AIIMS in Delhi. According to the report, a source said that “we will not stop the proceedings of Parliament unless it is necessary.” The winter session of Parliament will be held in the existing Parliament House only. However, a question remains for the Congress as to who should be given the command of the opposition in the Rajya Sabha. Earlier there was Mallikarjun Kharge but he resigned before the election of the Speaker. The special thing is that his resignation has not yet been sent to the Speaker.
