Big upset of Indian hockey team, exciting match defeats Australia

India, who failed to win both the opening matches, managed to keep alive the hopes of winning the series with this unexpected success.  Captain Harmanpreet Singh (12th minute), Abhishek (47th minute), Shamsher Singh (57th minute) and Akashdeep Singh (60th minute) scored goals for the team.  Hockey Australia

Jack Welch (25th), captain Eran Zalewski (32nd) and Nathan Iframs (59th) scored for Australia. After this win, India is trailing 1-2 in the series. The visiting team had to face defeat in the first two Test matches by 4-5 and 4-7. Hockey Australia

In the first test, India lost 4-5 due to losing the goal in the last minute.  In the second match, India took the lead in the third minute thanks to a goal by captain Harmanpreet Singh, but conceded a goal in the last quarter and lost 4-7.  The fourth match of the series will be played on Saturday and the last match on Sunday.(Hockey Australia)
