Big blow from the Supreme Court to the accused of implicating Nambi Narayanan, know what is the whole matter


Scientist Nambi Narayanan Framing Case: The difficulties of those accused of implicating ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan in a false case may increase. The Supreme Court has rejected the anticipatory bail of the accused in this case. Earlier, the accused were granted anticipatory bail by the Kerala High Court, which was quashed by the Supreme Court. Nambi, a scientist engaged in making indigenous cryogenic engine, was implicated in a false case of espionage. At present, the Supreme Court has asked the High Court to consider the bail completely. Case registered after the report of the committee
In fact, in the year 1994, famous scientist Nambi Narayanan was implicated in a false case of espionage. Due to this, India’s efforts to get cryogenic rocket engine were pushed. It was delayed for many years. On the orders of the Supreme Court, a committee headed by former judge DK Jain investigated the matter. The committee found that 5 former police and IB officers were involved in this conspiracy. Based on this report, the Supreme Court asked the CBI to file a case on April 15, 2021.

CBI appealed in the Supreme Court
The CBI told the Supreme Court that after it registered the case, one by one the five officers – Sibi Mathews, PS Jayaprakash, RB Sreekumar, Thampi S Durga Dutt and Vijayan – were granted anticipatory bail by the Kerala High Court. Describing it as an old case, the High Court granted anticipatory bail to all. It also said that there is no evidence of these officers’ contact with foreign forces. In this way it will be difficult to reach any conclusion in the investigation.

Scientist Nambi hasn’t got justice yet
The investigating agency had also said that the scientist who was awarded the Padma Bhushan by the Government of India. The Supreme Court gave a compensation of Rs 50 lakh, they have not yet got justice. A bench headed by Justice MR Shah has sent the matter back to the Kerala High Court. The Supreme Court has said that the High Court should hear again without being influenced by any comment made earlier. The bench has also said that the High Court should try to complete the hearing on the matter in 4 weeks. The ban on the arrest of all these accused will continue for the next 5 weeks or till the decision of the High Court.
