MotoGP India is going to be held in the country for the first time and will be held from September 22 to 24, 2023 at the Buddh International Circuit. For this, preparations are going on in full swing by the government, administration and organizers.

Gautam Buddha Nagar Police Administration also visited BIC and discussed about security and traffic management during MotoGP. There was a meeting between the three parties regarding the security, in which the organizers along with the police and officials of Jaypee Group were involved.

During this meeting, the officials of the three sides discussed various aspects related to security and traffic management so that there is no hindrance in the program and it runs smoothly. For an event of such a large scale, everything should be pre-arranged.

In this meeting, there was a wide discussion about the traffic plan and security arrangements for the race. There was discussion on access to helipad for VIP movement and giving priority to the arrival of VIPs. Along with this, a tour of the circuit was also done.

According to the circuit, the plan of traffic management was also discussed. At the same time, the team also visited the track to understand the audience management and provide an amazing and memorable experience to the audience during the entire event.

After the meeting, the Joint CP directed to make a detailed plan on all the points discussed and submit it to DCP (Greater Noida) for further review within next 10 days. Soon the police can start implementing the plan.
