Hero Karizma is all set to make a comeback soon in a new avatar. Hero MotoCorp has announced that the new Karizma XMR 210 will be launched in India on 29th August. The company has released a new video on social media.
The company has not revealed the new name in the teaser but it is believed that Hero Karizma XMR 210 will be brought here. Some time ago during the dealer conference the production model of this bike was seen and its pictures were revealed.
This bike is going to come with a very aggressive design. It will get a stunning front end, sharp side panels, a muscular fuel tank and split style seat. The company has given Karizma a completely new look, in which she looks very attractive.
Hero Karizma XMR 210 has a new 210cc, single cylinder liquid cooled engine. It can generate 25 bhp power and can be given a six-speed gearbox. It has also been seen testing many times.
In terms of hardware, the Hero Karizma XMR 210 will come with telescopic front forks, disc brakes on both the wheels and dual channel ABS system. It will be given full LED lighting and Bluetooth digital instrument cluster.
The Karizma was brought by Hero Honda and at that time it was the fastest, most capable bike from the company. Hero Karizma was the most popular of its time and everyone loved it because of its cool looks and 223cc engine.
It is believed that Hero can bring it to India as its flagship model. Hero Karizma XMR will be built on a new platform. It will get clip-on handlebar, rear-set foot pegs, new light alloy wheels etc.
The bookings for the Hero Karizma XMR 210 could start as soon as next month and deliveries could start in September 2023. We expect the Hero Karizma XMR to be priced around Rs.1.70 lakh.
It is going to compete with the bikes in the 180 to 200 cc segment available in the Indian two-wheeler market. Talking about Hero Karizma, this bike was first introduced in 2003 and then in 2007 Hero Honda brought it with some changes.
