Tricolor yatra taken out from Maharaj’s enclosure
A huge tricolor yatra was taken out from the Maharaja Bada of Gwalior on Saturday. This tricolor yatra started from Maharaj Bada, Tricolor Yatra was taken out on the main roads of the city through Maharaj Bara and after reaching Phool Bagh, the tricolor yatra came to an end.
1111 meter long national flag taken out
The 1111 meter long national flag was included in the tricolor yatra. To hold the national flag for such a long time, 1500 school children also reached the Maharaja’s enclosure. The school children held the national flag in their hands and after that the journey of the 1111 meter long national flag started.
The national flag was 1111 meters tall weighing 100 kg
The 1111 meter tall national flag weighed about 100 kg. Only 1500 school children reached Maharaj’s enclosure to hold the 100 kg weight. This national flag has been prepared in Surat for ₹ 4 lakh. The journey of this national flag, prepared on special order, was also taken out specially.
Presentation of Rashtradhun with the band given during the Tiranga Yatra
The band of BSF, Police and STF also participated in this huge tricolor march taken out from Maharaj Bada. The national anthem was played during the tricolor yatra by bands of BSF, Police and SAF. Along with this, school children also gave attractive performances with songs and music, seeing which the residents of the city were also enthralled.
Tricolor Yatra taken out under the Amrit Festival of Independence
This tricolor yatra was taken out by the administration under the Amrit Festival of Independence. Under the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan’, the residents of the city also participated enthusiastically in this tricolor yatra. Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Gwalior, Kishore Kanyal also participated in the tricolor yatra.
